I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the 'Login' page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need an account to place an order.


WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE SOLD OUT?
Some of our items get restocked and some are limited edition. For designs that will be restocked, there will usually be a backorder option when the items run out. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is free.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a no questions asked 30-day free return policy from the day you receive your order. You can simply email us at returns@menincities.com and we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OR AN ACCOUNT CREDIT?
Men In Cities offers account credits or a full refund for returned items. If you choose credits, you will receive a code that may be applied to your next order.


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All Men in Cities orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take 4-6 days for arrival.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.


HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. At that time we run an authorization for the purchase amount to ensure that your card is valid.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. All payment methods require a US billing address.

 

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?
All transactions that take place on our website occur securely using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Any data stored by Men In Cities is held protected behind multiple layers of security to shield it from unauthorized access.

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Returns and exchanges are easy. We process orders rather quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any order modifications. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at hello@menincities.com or give us a call at +1 (646) 846-8882, Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm ET. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.If we are unable to cancel or make the requested change to your order before it ships to you, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label that you can use to return the item(s) at your convenience.

 

HOW DOES THE GIFT CARD WORK?
It's a virtual gift card. You select a gift card amount, Add the recipient's name, email address and a personal message (optional)The virtual gift card will be sent to the receiver as soon as we have accepted your order and taken payment.

 

CAN I PURCHASE A LARGE NUMBER OF GIFT CARDS?
